Product Returns

Our goal is to provide you with immediate and quality service. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you carefully check the condition of your product and the integrity of its packaging upon receipt of the order. In case you find an obvious defect, such as wrong shipment, broken product or incomplete parts, please contact us immediately.

The return of products purchased from biofeminplus.gr is possible in the following cases:

1. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal:
   Under current consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt, no specific reason is required. The product must be unused, in perfect condition, with its original packaging intact. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

2. Return due to Defective Product (DOA):
   If the product has a manufacturing defect or does not function properly upon receipt, you may return it within 15 days for a full refund or replacement with a new or other product of equivalent value (any price differences should be discussed in advance). In this case, the return and reshipment costs are covered by biofeminplus.gr.

3. Incorrect Product Shipment:
   If you receive a different product from the one you ordered due to an error on our part or on the part of our partners, you have the right to return it within 15 days. The product must be in its original condition, without signs of use, and the packaging must be intact. In this case, the return costs are covered by biofeminplus.gr.

In all the above cases, the responsibility for the safe return of the product rests with the customer until it reaches our warehouse. To avoid any loss or damage during transport, we recommend the use of a reliable courier service.
